The holiday season provides a wonderful opportunity to slow down and show appreciation through small acts of kindness. HarbinSTRONG encourages you to take time to spread kindness and look for specific ways to do small things with great love for those around you.
Consider completing THREE intentional Acts of Kindness from December 1st – December 15th.
In appreciation of your kindness, HarbinSTRONG will award you 5 points for each act of kindness (up to 15 points).
To share your Acts of Kindness:
- Login to the HarbinSTRONG portal
- Go to the Healthy Habits page under the “Incentives” tab
- Check the Acts of Kindness Healthy Habit and enter the description of your Act of Kindness
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
You can add one Act of Kindness a day (maximum of 3 days). ALL Acts of Kindness must be submitted by December 15th to be eligible for HarbinSTRONG points.
