We are delighted to announce the addition of Joanna Biggers to the Group Exercise Fitness staff at Vitality Fitness.
Joanna is certified to teach TRX, Barre, Step, and Circuit. She will be leading the 4:30 and 5:30 afternoon sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Joanna is dedicated to the concept of the life-long benefits provided by a well rounded preventative wellness and fitness program.
