TriChallenge: Week 3 starts today – eat your fruits and veggies!
This week we are focused on exercise, sleep AND eating fruits and vegetables. The goal is to log at least 120 minutes of exercise, sleep 7+ hours a night AND eat a minimum of five servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
Log your exercise minutes in the cardio log on the HarbinSTRONG portal and at the end of the week take the surveys regarding your sleep and daily fruit and vegetable consumption. All points will be awarded at the conclusion of the challenge.
