This time of year provides a wonderful opportunity to slow down and show appreciation through small acts of kindness. HarbinSTRONG encourages you to take time to spread kindness and look for specific ways to do small things with great love for those around you.
Consider completing ONE intentional Acts of Kindness weekly from today to December 6th.
In appreciation of your kindness, you will receive 5 points for sharing one Act of Kindness weekley (up to 15 points).
To share your Acts of Kindness:
- Login to the HarbinSTRONG portal
- Go to the Healthy Habits page under the “Incentives” tab
- Check the Acts of Kindness Healthy Habit and enter the description of your kindness
- Click “save” at the bottom of the page
You can add one Act of Kindness weekly (Monday – Sunday) during the challenge. ALL Acts of Kindness must be submitted by December 6th.
