HarbinSTRONG offers two Hike 2 Health gatherings monthly on Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. Hike 2 Health is led by Brian Price and provides a wonderful opportunity to explore our beautiful community by foot.
Group nature walks are associated with a whole host of mental health benefits, including decreased depression, improved well-being and mental health, and lower perceived stress.
Mark your calendar for H2H in October:
Saturday, October 12th – meet behind the Braves Stadium to walk the Heritage Trail along the river.
Saturday, October 26th – meet in the Frost Chapel parking lot on the Berry College mountain campus.
Family and friends are welcome to participate. Friendly, well behaved dogs on a leash are also welcome.
