Jill Gamble, Wellness Champion for Orthopaedics Cartersville, created a fun challenge for her department during the month of May. Each participant submitted a personal diet goal for the month and there were six exercise stations set up throughout the department. Each participant was challenged to:
-Complete at least 4 out of 6 exercise stations four days a week
-Meet personal diet goal daily
-Bonus: Log at least 8,000 steps a day
