TriChallenge – Week 2 starts today!
This week we are focused on exercise and sleep. The goal is to log at least 120 minutes of exercise AND sleep 7+ hours at least five nights this week. Log your exercise minutes in the cardio log on the HarbinSTRONG portal and at the end of the week take the survey regarding sleep. All points will be awarded at the conclusion of the challenge.
Enroll in the sleep workshop on the HarbinSTRONG portal and earn an additional 25 points when you complete this three-week workshop.
