Heather Arthur, Wellness Champion in Adairsville, incorporated wellness fun and a team building activity in the office birthday celebration recently.  She purchased the game Operation and divided the staff into two teams.  One team member was blindfolded and the rest of the team provided operating instructions to the blindfolded team member.

Heather shared, “I hope that this will help us remember that it takes multiple people to achieve our goals and that we don’t always have all the details when a task needs to be accomplished for the patient to have the best care…. We start with instructions and get information as it moves along. Trusting each other and moving forward as one unit is so important.”
