11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
What to expect: An exercise experience that caters to all fitness levels! The class will feature general strengthening exercises using body weight, resistance bands, and free weights. An Exercise Physiologist will develop a circuit for each class and will be available to offer tips, explanations, and demonstrations. The class allow participants to progress at an intensity of their choosing!
Why come?: The HarbinSTRONG team designed the class to be the ideal training experience for working adults. Come as you are on your lunch break! The “drop-in” style allows for participants to work out for 10 minutes or 50 minutes – come for a quick workout or stay longer.
Starting Tuesday, July 26th make Work-It Circuit part of your weekly routine! Bring a friend or co-worker to join the fun!
