There are a variety of classes offered each week! Class descriptions:

B 3: an innovative workout program that combines resistance bands, stability balls, & barre exercises with orthopedic stretches to systematically lengthen and sculpt your muscles to create a beautiful, lean body.  B 3 classes utilize your body’s own weight as resistance, and through dynamic exercises your muscles are targeted and overloaded to the point of fatigue, then stretched for relief.

Ball Room Dancing: Exercise with the basic steps of Salsa, Swing, Meringue, Waltz, Cha-Cha, Rhumba, Samba, Two-Step and much more.

Beginner’s Yoga: Novice yoga class introduces basics of yoga techniques. Gentle repetitive yoga poses to equip you for the natural unassisted flow of advanced Yoga.

Body Blast: Blast off with this barbell class that will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body, fast! The 60 minute class will focus on low weight loads and high repetition movements.  You’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

Body Therapy: Blends yoga, Pilates, and ballet based exercises to alleviate discomfort in the lower back.  These exercises release pressure in the lumbar spine, help maintain spinal range of motion, and develop abdominal strength to support the lower back.

Boot Camp Blast :  Give your day a blast off with the intensity of a traditional boot camp program with the structure and design of a circuit workout.

Cardio Sculpt: This 60 minute high energy class utilizes dumbbells, bars, and/or bands for a great strength and cardio workout while toning and sculpting the body. Accommodates all levels from beginners to the advanced.

Cycle: A versatile indoor bike ride that is comfortable for the beginner and can be challenging for the advanced.  A series of drills using varying positions, speeds and resistances.  60 minute format including upper body, abdominals and stretching.

Fatigue Management: Patients’ education coupled with fitness enhancement. Increase your energy with low impact, low intensity movements using light resistance to maintain muscle tone. According to and individuals needs, standing or seated options with safety modifications are available. All fitness levels welcome.

Flexstability: Total body stretching class which helps with increased range of motion to the muscles and tendons.  Emphasis on core strength as related to fall prevention.

Kickboxing: High intensity aerobic workout using kickboxing bags.

Pilates:  Pull out your gym mat and get ready to do a series of movements that will stabilize and strengthen your core. The exercises, developed by Joseph H. Pilates in 1912, are usually done in a specific order, one right after another. The moves may look simple, but they take a lot of precision and control. It’s not like doing a bunch of crunches; there’s a strong emphasis on technique.

Power Hour:  a 60 minute class filled with cardio, conditioning, and core.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Rep & Step: This 55 min. class is not your old-fashioned step class! The choreography is easy for anyone to follow. After 25 min. of step cardio, you’ll continue to burn calories as you sculpt the muscles using light weights/body weight. The class ends with abdominal exercises followed by a relaxing cool down stretch.

Rep Reebok: Weight training class which utilizes barbells and dumbbells of varying sizes to strengthen and tone the entire body.

Serendipity:  This cardio workout features interval training for high intensity, calorie-burning workouts which alternate between high energy intervals and recovery intervals. This workout is for all levels of exercisers, beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Sr. Functional Training: Fun Senior’s class includes aerobic warm-up, light aerobic workout and strength training of major muscle groups and cool down stretches.  Use of dumbbells & resistance bands will increase strength and help maintain balance.
