Congratulations to the Heart Beats – Tammy Peace, Angela Garrett, Breanna Terry, & Tina Marshall! Each team member logged a minimum of 120 exercise minutes last week and they won the weekly t-shirt raffle.
This week we are focused on flexibility! Our featured Vitality Fitness class is Beginner’s Yoga. Beginner’s Yoga is offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12 noon. This novice class introduces basic yoga techniques.
Yoga is also offered at 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
