High-energy class utilizes dumbbells, bars and /or bands for a great strength and cardio workout while toning and sculpting the body. All levels from beginner to advanced.
5:30 p.m. on Monday/Wednesday – Serendipity
Cardio workout featuring interval training for high intensity, calorie-burning workouts, which alternate between high energy intervals and recovery intervals. All levels from beginner to advanced.
Spring Trekking at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday/Thursday
