Boot Camp at Vitality Fitness
Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 a.m.
Want to “wake up” your current work-out routine? This early morning boot camp class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals during a 1 hour period of time. It is held outdoors/indoors and changes format each week to keep it fun. The class is geared to produce loss of body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help instill a regular routine of exercise.
Try it for a month (only 8 sessions) and see what you think. You might even find that you enjoy getting your work-out complete while others are still in bed!
