Over 200 employees and spouses are participating in the Harbin Healthy You program this summer.  This comprehensive nutrition education and weight management program introduces participants to a new healthy habit each week.  This week Harbin Healthy You participants are challenged to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Will you join them in the challenge?  There are endless health benefits to staying hydrated especially during the hot summer months.
