Crockpot Black Bean Chili

Crockpot Black Bean Chili

1 28 oz. Tomato Paste
1 28 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
1 Can Unsalted Whole Kernel Corn, drained
4 15oz. cans Black Beans, drained
1 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Small Onion, Chopped
3 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
1 ½ tsp. Cumin
3 tsp. Cilantro
3 tsp. Cocoa Powder
3 ½  tsp. Chili Powder
3 tsp. Ground Sea Salt
½  tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1 ½  tsp Course Ground Pepper

Mix all ingredients in your crockpot. Simmer for 4-6 hours. Adjust spices according to your taste.

Idea: Try plain greek yogurt for a topping in place of sour cream.
