Starting November 29, Vitality Fitness will be offering a Cycling class on Saturday mornings at 8:30 a.m. The class will be led by Cristy Britt.
Cycling is a versatile indoor bike ride that is comfortable for the beginner and can be challenging for the advanced. A series of drills using varying positions, speeds and resistances. 60 minute format including upper body, abdominals and stretching.
Cristy Britt has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group class instructor. She is passionate about helping others reach fitness goals and make positive lifestyle changes.
