Tips to Eating Your Three a Day:

-Start switching your household to skim milk gradually.
-Use skim milk to make oatmeal or other cereals.
-Add fat free or low fat plain yogurt to recipes instead of sour cream.
-Try plain yogurt and fruit as a snack.
