Weight Watchers at Work

THE POWER OF GROUP SUPPORT AND THE CONVENIENCE OF WORKSITE MEETINGS

Research shows that people who attend Weight Watchers® meetings lose three times
more weight than people dieting on their own. With the majority of Americans spending the bulk of their day on the job, the workplace is an ideal setting for employees to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle.

Having meetings right where you work is a great help. A Weight Watchers leader comes to your workplace to provide experienced guidance at weekly meetings that fit perfectly into the busy workday. In addition, you’ll benefit from the support and encouragement of co-workers you meet and work with every day. It’s a total team effort that can lead to very satisfying results

Weight Watchers At Work is a 12 week program and meetings will be held weekly in Rome and Cartersville starting in early February.  For weekly meetings to begin, we must have a minimum of 15 paid participants at each meeting location.  Family members are welcome!

The cost of the program is $156 per participant.  Employees who actively participate by attending a minimum of 9 out of the 12 weekly meetings, will receive a $50 refund from HarbinSTRONG.

Informational meetings for Harbin Clinic employees will be held on the following dates:

Cartersville

Thursday, January 24 at 12:15 p.m.

Diabetes Education Room – Third floor

Rome

Monday, January 28 at 12:15 p.m.

Education Center at the Main Clinic

Weight Watchers representatives including our group leader, Wanda Levan, will provide details about the program and answer any questions.

Please RSVP for the Informational Meetings by emailing sking@harbinclinic.com.
