Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an employee benefit program offered by Harbin Clinic. EAPs are intended to help employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health, and well-being. EAP is specifically designed to assist you in obtaining the right professional help for your problem including alcohol/drug problems, family issues, marital conflicts, emotional problems, financial concerns and stress overload.  Participation will not jeopardize your job security or promotional opportunities and your right to privacy is guaranteed by law.

Employees and eligible family members are each given three EAP sessions per issue per calendar year. EAP sessions are paid for by Harbin Clinic as a benefit to employees. If there are issues that require more than the allotted EAP sessions, you may continue to see your counselor by using your Health Insurance benefits.

For more specifics about the program and to schedule an appointment, contact Lynne Burton Clifton, LCSW or Irma Garcia Rose, LCSW at (706) 232-1111.
