Get outside midday to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. The benefits of walking on your lunch hour are many! You’ll lose weight, increase your metabolism, and feel rejuvenated when you return to your office. Not to mention you will have the added benefit of enjoying the colorful fall foliage in Summerville Park! Research shows that regular, brisk walking can reduce the risk of a heart attack by the same amount as more vigorous exercise, such as jogging. Take 30 minutes to walk at lunch and reap the benefits!
Lunch walks will be led by Brian Price from the Vitality Center.
