Thursdays at 12:10 from the back entrance of the Main Clinic
The benefits of walking on your lunch hour are many! You’ll lose weight, increase your metabolism, enjoy good company, feel rejuvenated when you return to your office and more! Research shows that regular, brisk walking can reduce the risk of a heart attack by the same amount as more vigorous exercise, such as jogging.
Lunch walks will be led by Brian Price from the Vitality Center.
