Three Rivers Run, 5K Training Program
Training begins Saturday, August 25; Race Day is Saturday, October 13
Pull those running shoes out of the back of your closet and get your pink on! Whether you choose to walk or run, come pound the pavement with us in support of the Floyd Breast Center. Starting Saturday, August 25, join Amy Hudgins from the Vitality Center for a six week training program in preparation for the Floyd Foundation Three Rivers Run on Saturday, October 13. Training programs will be provided for both runners and walkers. Group runs will be Saturday mornings at 8 a.m. at Berry College. Everyone who actively participates in the group training program will receive a FREE pink HarbinSTRONG t-shirt to wear on race day!
