Saturday Hike at Pine Mountain in Cartersville
Join us for a guided hike at Pine Mountain in Cartersville tomorrow Saturday, April 14. Greg Anderson with the Cartersville Parks and Recreation Department will be our guide. The weather looks perfect and Greg reports that the mountain laurel is in full bloom. It will be a beautiful hike.
Please meet Greg at the Pine Mountain Trailhead West at few minutes before 9 a.m. To reach the trailhead, travel east on Main Street across I-75, at the end of Main Street turn right and the West Loop Trailhead access and parking area is on the left.
Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring bottled water. The temperature may be a bit chilly Saturday morning so dress in layers. You will warm up very quickly! Angela Little will be the Harbin contact on Saturday. Family and friends are welcome.
