Fuel Session: Work – Life Balance
Wednesday, February 29 – 12 noon; Education Center/Main Clinic
Most of us juggle multiple responsibilities on a daily basis. It’s difficult to consistently meet all of our obligations, and even harder to find time left over for ourselves. This discussion will focus on striking a workable balance between work and home; between others and ourselves.
Lynne Burton Clifton, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) has over 25 years experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups in a variety of settings to help them cope with personal challenges and emotional struggles. She is a native of Attalla, AL but has also lived and worked in KY, IN, CA and NE before settling in Rome in 2008. Since moving here, she has worked in hospice and a geriatric intensive-outpatient program. She is in private practice at 1012 North 5th Ave NE in Rome, and is the EAP provider for Harbin Clinic. Practice specialties include: depression & anxiety, couples and family issues, grief & loss, stress management and self-empowerment.
