Fuel Session on Monday, February 20: Myths about Multitasking
12 Noon in the Harbin Clinic Education Center at the Main Clinic
So many people today feel pushed to do more in less time, but how many things can you actually do at the same time? This discussion will take a realistic look at the notion of multitasking and how it affects us. Information will be presented from a variety of sources to explain what this does to our brains, bodies and performance. Suggestions will be made on how to let go of ineffective notions and embrace healthier, more productive practices.
