Thursday Lunch Walks

Join our group walks every Thursday at 11:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Meet at the back/employee entrance of the main clinic for a 1.25 mile walk through Summerville Park. The walk will take 20-25 minutes so there is still time for lunch or a quick errand. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes!

Every Body Move – New Group Fitness Class at the Vitality Center

This moderately paced, lower impact class fosters an atmosphere of health using a size sensitive, safe approach to the plus-sized body in motion. A combination of cardio, strength training and flexibility nurture and promote the lifestyle change that let’s you be fit at any size.

The class is taught by Ellyn Houston, CES, GFI. Through healthy eating and exercise Ellyn lost 200 pounds and has kept the weight off over ten years. She’s been teaching fitness classes for 8 years – leading others to rediscover the benefits of the body in motion. 

Every Body Move classes will be offered at the Harbin Clinic Vitality Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:10 p.m.
