Harbin Clinic Vitality Center introduces “Every Body Move” starting
Tuesday, February 14 at 12:10 p.m.
This moderately paced, lower impact class fosters an atmosphere of health using a size sensitive, safe approach to the plus-sized body in motion. A combination of cardio, strength training and flexibility nurture and promote the lifestyle change that let’s you be fit at any size.
The class is taught by Ellyn Houston, CES, GFI. Through healthy eating and exercise Ellyn lost 200 pounds and has kept the weight off over ten years. She’s been teaching fitness classes for 8 years – leading others to rediscover the benefits of the body in motion.
Every Body Move classes will be offered at the Harbin Clinic Vitality Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:10 p.m.
